Dev Log #2 Production

Our game development is going well because we haven’t got any serious issues that require us to change the plan. In the past month, I have completed all the necessary functions of the game, which include integrating the AI system, new AI behaviors, triggers for level design, and the game’s save system. Using third-party resources requires me to review their code more carefully and frequently to understand their thinking. But when I learned how to use it, it greatly reduced the difficulty of development, which ensured that I had enough time to complete other functional codes.

It is worth noting that when making unique development tools for other designers, it is necessary to make the developed tools user-friendly and easy to understand. Because designers often cannot directly understand the ideas programmers follow when making the tool, optimizing the use of these tools will improve the work efficiency of game development.

For the next, my next task will focus on fixing any existing issues and integrating features that have not been implemented yet. These include optimizing AI behavior, installing and improving the save system, and resolving potential bugs.
